Job Details
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities at our real estate office in Ashale Botwe, Accra. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations, support the sales and property management team, and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk activities and receive clients professionally
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and general inquiries
• Maintain proper filing (physical and digital) of documents and property records
• Assist with preparation of contracts, letters, and basic reports
• Support property listings, inspections, and client appointments
• Manage office supplies and ensure office cleanliness and organization
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Coordinate schedules and support management with daily tasks
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
• Must reside in or around Madina, East Legon, Ashale Botwe, or nearby areas
• Minimum of SHS, Diploma, or equivalent qualification (HND preferred)
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
